I am super excited to be here as a teacher, and a student! I feel we are forever students learning and growing together; and it's the best way to connect with other people around the world. I learn just as much from my students as they learn from me!

I have over 8 years of experience teaching in front of groups of people, a variety of classes like; yoga, meditation, mobility, agriculture, plant and herbalism, as well as a childrens Environmental Plant Science program. As well as English!

My teaching style includes a student centered approach letting the students needs guide the classes and flow. Including conversational English, children, adult education and business and travel English! I believe we get the mlost out of every style, so writing, reading, listening and speaking are worked on in every class.

As far as mobility and yoga are concered I am a specialist in Functional Range Anatomy systems, focusing on the internal body's joint system. Helping bodies become strong and stable, chronically pain free, and increase their ranges of motion. All aiding in the process of longevity; keeping the body moving smoother and better for longer!
