"Hello, my name is Teacher Zhaire. I have 9 years of experience teaching English to students of different levels, from beginners to advanced learners and most of my students are Japanese. I believe in employing a communicative and student-centered approach to make learning both effective and enjoyable. I encourage my students to speak as much as possible, allowing them to express their thoughts while I actively listen and provide guidance. In addition to my teaching experience, I hold a TEFL certification and am dedicated to ongoing professional development in the field of ESL.
