Hi! My name is Teshauna and I am from North Carolina, USA. I have been in LOVE with teaching English for the past 6 years on and offline. I am TEFL/TESOL certified and have a great amount of experience teaching a variety of students including: students from China, Italy, Korea and Japan; toddlers, grade school children, college students and business professionals; and anyone from beginner to near-native. I have also taught groups in physical and online classes as well as conducted one-on-one private sessions.
As a language learner myself, I know how rewarding and satisfying it feels to conquer learning a language and I want to be able to help others enjoy that same satisfaction and joy. I studied Spanish for over 3 1/2 years, Italian for 7 years, and Japanese for 4 months. I know how scary it can be to speak a new language and I don't want my students to be afraid to let loose and have fun during the language learning process. We can study anything from a schedule of set lessons or just get to know each other and have conversation. I am very flexible!
