Hey everyone! :)
My name is Bettina. I am originally from Saxony, Germany, and I am a passionate language tutor as well as a Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness Coach.
My Journey & Background:
  • Language Expertise: After completing high school in 2022, I moved to Vermont, USA, where I completed four years of intensive language studies in French and Spanish.
  • Holistic Wellness: 10 years of personal Yoga practice and daily meditation/mindfulness routines have equipped me with deep experience and a burning enthusiasm to help you connect with these nourishing practices.
Why I Teach & Coach:
For me, learning a language is an open door to the world and to yourself. Speaking different languages expands you on a very deep personal level. Each language I communicate in brings out certain aspects of who I am, and I want to help you discover those hidden parts of yourself too!
What to Expect in My Sessions:
My approach to teaching and coaching is highly creative and personalized. I love drawing, playing the piano, the guitar, and singing. Whatever creative passion you have, let's include it in our sessions!
I offer a safe, calm, and supportive space where you can:
  • Practice German, French, English, or Spanish without any fear of making mistakes.
  • Combine language learning with mindfulness to reduce stress and nervousness.
  • Explore Yoga, meditation, and creative coaching to find your inner balance.
