Hello everyone! My name is Wan. I was born and raised in Wuhan, China. I graduated from a university in the United States and went to Hong Kong to get my master's degree in English translation. I’ve lived in Hong Kong for 1 year and the states for about 5 years. I also studied abroad in Japan for about 4 months when I was a college student.
I worked as a translator/interpreter for an automobile company and manufacturing company before. Now I'm working from home doing translation and teaching.
I love playing ultimate frisbee, reading, learning Japanese, and watching anime. I'm also a crazy coffee lover and bagel monster!
I have been working as an English tutor for secondary school students and had 2 years of experience of tutoring college students with TOEFL writing. With my teaching and language learning experience, I have come up with my own learning and teaching methods and would love to share with you in accordance with your goal or Chinese speaking level. Please feel free to let me know if you have any difficulty in class. I can support you in English or Japanese, so let's have a fun Chinese class!
