I am Tereza テレサ and I live in England. I am a qualified Tesol English teacher. I also completed the IELTS teacher training course. After experiencing various academic and professional positions as an English teacher and tutor(5 years), I am dedicated and passionate to work for students of all ages and levels. I am really conscientious, friendly and patient to assist you to progress with your English:) My teaching style can be various relying on what you need and we can discuss. In my lessons, the most important factors are your understanding and needs.
I was a volunteer as an English tutor in Taiwan. In Taiwan, most students have started to learn English since they were primary school pupils. English is an international language; however, it is not easy to learn English as a second language, like one of my students. He has started to learn English since he was a secondary school student. He has spent plenty of time with me to learn English after his work, having English conversations daily and writing English essays based on IELTS assessment criteria. As a result, he has greatly improved his English, so, I would say, he is well to communicate with English people as a master student, studying abroad in England.
I was also a volunteer as an English tutor in Southampton (southern England), teaching and supporting pupils and children (from primary schools to nurseries). I communicated with their parents about the lessons, subjects covered and progress of the pupils and children. I also helped pupils and children to realize their full potential and encouraged them to ask questions.
I like eating Japanese food, such as Japanese curry (日本のカレー), udon (うどん), and sushi (すし). I also like drinking Japanese tea (日本のお茶). I never travel to Japan, but my boyfriend has travelled to Japan with his friends many times. He has shown me many pictures of Japan (like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto). I have always wanted to visit Japan.
