Ruan Petrus Grobler 讲师的个人介绍
Hi there! My name is Ruan Grobler and teaching is my superpower! I absolutely love teaching, sharing my knowledge and passion for the English language and building relationships with people from all over and from all walks of life.
I am a very kind and creative person and quite eccentric so you'll always have a laugh during my lessons. I play guitar and piano and I also write poetry and fiction. I am completely addicated to reading and I have more than 1200 books in my collection. I have a very large general knowledge so I can talk about just about anything.
As a teacher I have two and a half years' experience teaching English at high school level both as a first and as a second language. I have a Master's TEFL/TESOL Certificate and I am currently in my final year of studying towards a Bachelor of Education teaching degree with English as my main subject.
Any class you take with me will always be fun and creative and you will definitely learn something new each time. My focus is on building relationships with my students, getting to know them, and then adapting my teaching to fit with what you want to learn.
I am very approachable and compassionate and I will gladly walk the extra mile or even ten miles to help you achieve your goals. I will continually motivate and encourage you to help you become the best version of yourself you can possibly be and guide you on your journey to become a proficient and confident English speaker.
