★About myself

People call me Meijunejuly (I LOVE it)

I'm from Kyoto (the best place in Japan)
Currently living in Yokohama!

●School
Graduated from high school in New Zealand.
Studied for 2 years at an University in California (U.S.)
I speak Kiwi English♪ (hopefully you can tell)


●Work
・2015～2018 Worked at an IT company /manger of an idol group
・2019　Passed Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test and completed all the requirements of Japanese Language Teacher Training Course (420 hours above))
・2019～2022　Taught almost 200 students in total at a Japanese language school in Sendai.
・2020～now　　Teaching Japanese online～♪

・2022～2024　　Now I am a MOM of 2 kids...★

★What I can do
・Teaching in English（as I used to live overseas）
I can teach you Hiragana or Katakana (the very beginning)
in English and gradually start using Japanese during the lesson.

※I can speak A LITTLE BIT of Chinese as I took it as my elective in the University.

・中文（一点）
我说的中文不太好...。只会说“我很喜欢吃饺子“ 哈哈哈
所以你上课要说日文。谢谢。

・Dialect / Japanese for business
I can teach you dialect (Kyoto/Osaka) and Japanese business manners & way of speaking.

Basically I can do anything fits your level!

Let's discuss first what we will do together!

↓ Lessons I do everyday

・Listening/Speaking
I mainly use Japanese during lesson!
We can talk about your favourite anime, dramas or radio shows
after watching them or listening to them.
I can also prepare some interesting topics like Japanese slangs
and new cultures.
I will check intonation, pronunciations and correct your mistakes
in a NICE WAY～♪
(I will send you my voice record if you want out of class)

・Reading

I mainly use textbooks or articles (Genki/Minna no nihongo etc).
Your favourite books like novels or mangas are all welcome!

・Writing
I ask beginners to write their asnwers on the notebook or textbook
and send me the pictures of that so I can check them.
I want students after intermediate level to write essays or diaries★
It can be about topics on textbooks or your favourite things (anime, games)
anything is OK！
I will correct your essays or diaries both in and out of class.
(Eg: Introducing me your favourite games, what you like about Japan)
You can also practice writing Kanji in my lesson.

・Kyoto(Kansai) dialect
I can even teach you "Kyoto dialect" ♪
(spoken in my hometown Kyoto)

I sometimes hang out with my students who visit Japan♪　↓
