Hello!  My name is Keiichi.  My family is originally from Aichi-ken, but I was born overseas in California.  I attended university in the United States, and graduate school in the United Kingdom, where I earned a doctorate in history.  

I have taught students at the high school, college, and university levels. At the university, I have been mainly responsible for teaching first year international students enrolled in the ESL program. These are classes designed for students who are still at beginner level English. I can understand a total of seven languages, and besides English, those that I can speak at a proficient level include Japanese, French, and Spanish. Others include Italian, Portuguese, and Latin.

I offer classes for both beginners and advanced English speakers. I also teach beginner level French.  Regarding my courses, students starting their studies will have easy to follow lessons that will provide them with the skills to eventually have a basic conversation. Those who are at advanced levels can sign up for one of my more specialized courses. I also help with proofreading and editing. 

Whatever lesson style you prefer, whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, I look forward to teaching you soon!
