Japanese dance it’s an elegant and beautiful type of dance.
The Japanese dance will make you aware of the center of gravity of your body, as well as breathing, twisting and stretching your torso, it being a good way to train your legs, back and core. It helps you improve your posture and creating a well-balanced body.
You'll be aware of your fingertips, so the beautiful smooth movements are part of the charm!
You may feel that you are not moving much because you are wearing a kimono, but when you try it, you will be surprised. But when you try it, many people are surprised to see how much you move your body.(^_-)-☆

【Profile】
I studied Japanese dance in the Fujima style from my teens.
After that, I moved on to the Hanasaki School of Japanese dance and became Rei Hanasaki.
I studied under Tokijyo Hanasaki of representative Hanasaki School.
I have performed with Noh and musical accompaniment in hotels, Japanese gardens, and on the Noh stage, and I am currently working as a professional dancer.
I have also been involved in creative activities such as appearing in a promotional video for a collaborative work between a taiko drum unit group and a New York artist.
I am also a kimono model and I’m expanding my range of expression and activities.
I offer a new type of exercise course that incorporates the movements of the Japanese dance jiuta-mai.
In 2020, I was certified as a NESTA personal trainer, and I’m studying dance movements from a scientific perspective, including functional anatomy.
