Who am I?
Hello! My Name is Linn Haruna, I'm Norwegian but I currently live in the UK with my husband. I have also lived in the Netherlands, the US and Tokyo, Japan.
I have 10 years of experience in Managing Restaurants, and I have a Bachelors Degree from a UK University in Asian Studies, focusing on Japanese History and Language. I can therefore help you with business and academic English as well as casual English.
My hobbies are travelling, Computer Games (I play Final Fantasy, and I have played World of Warcraft for 17 years), animals (we have lots of reptiles!), motorcycles and cooking.
How I teach
My lessons or chat sessions are very casual and laid back. Having learned English as a foreign language myself (along with Japanese, Swedish and Danish) I know how important it is for the student to feel comfortable both with the lesson and the language itself, and I want our sessions to be fun and Engaging!
