Hello, I'm Sachiko Kobata, a wellness expert specializing in promoting health and happiness. I'm here to introduce an online program that utilizes methods from the world heritage site Kumano Kodo in Wakayama prefecture, so that you can feel revitalized and joyful from home.
I have over 30 years of experience in martial arts, fitness, and alternative health coaching in the United States. Using my expertise and the energy of this sacred site, I have developed a unique self-care bodywork program called "Synergy Impact."
With "Synergy Impact," you will practice self-care massage, easy stretching, and breathing exercises to develop a healthy mind and body as you age, especially if you suffer from chronic fatigue, discomfort, pain, menopause symptoms, insomnia, decreased muscle and physical strength, and weight gain or loss.
I am Sachiko Kobata, a martial artist, body mentor, and Synergy Impact innovator living in Chikatsuyu, Kumano Kodo. I traveled alone to the UK at the age of 16 and spent high school and university there. I won three consecutive championships at the US.OPEN Martial Arts World Championship held in Florida every year. After returning to Japan, I developed and promoted "Kardiokick" - a karate exercise.
I am also a certified health coach in alternative medicine in the United States, a "Macrobiotics" teacher specializing in dietary therapy, a Reiki master, and a healing massage therapist.
In 2020, I moved from Osaka to Kumano Kodo and realized the importance of "relaxing" and "connecting." I have condensed these values into my bodywork program, where you can start by gently relaxing and connecting with yourself through self-massage. This groundbreaking bodywork program is now available to you.
