I am AO., a Japanese language teacher.

【Introduce myself】
1. Work ♪♪
After graduating from university, I have worked at the Japanese companies in public relations, writing, editing, proofreading, and creating various teaching materials and exam questions for over 20 years.
And now I also work as a writer and proofreader from home.
◆I also created Japanese language teaching materials and examination questions for foreigners.
◆While working, I took the NAFL Japanese language teacher training course, and studied how to teach Japanese.
◆I passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test.
I became qualified as a Japanese language teacher.
I have been working for a Japanese company for a long time, I am also familiar with business etiquette, Japanese business customs, and job interviews.

・If you understand the cultural background of why Japanese people use certain words, you will be able to communicate more easily.
・Please choose a topic that interests you from the following list,
and lessons will be given with emphasis on the topics that you chose.
1. Greetings, Self-introductions, Exchanging business cards
2. How to use honorifics (honorific, humble, and polite)
3. Telephone manners
4. Appointments (the Japanese way of thinking about time)
5. Smooth communication in the workplace (Hou, Ren, Sou)
6. Customer service terminology and expressions
7. When a client says "I'll consider it" (what is a euphemism?)
8. Seating arrangements (conference room, car, bullet train), etc.
Please let me know in advance if there are any phrases you find particularly strange.
