Hello future students,

Greetings from the vibrant West Coast! I'm Jo, an enthusiastic ESL Teacher based in Canada with over 15 years of experience. Teaching isn't just my profession; it's my calling. I've had the pleasure of guiding students of all ages and proficiency levels, from as young as 4 years old to adults, hailing from diverse corners of the globe including North America, Europe, and Asia.

My teaching journey has been incredibly diverse, spanning traditional classrooms, intimate tutoring sessions, and dynamic online platforms. Armed with a Master’s degree and a CELTA certificate, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a treasure trove of ESL resources to every lesson. My goal is simple: to make learning both fun and informative, ensuring you're always engaged and inspired.

Beyond teaching, my life is enriched by my passions. When I'm not in the classroom, you'll find me exploring new destinations, buried in a good book on psychology or another intriguing topic, and indulging in various hobbies like cooking and reading.

Teaching isn't just about imparting knowledge; it's about igniting that spark of understanding in each student's eyes. It's a rewarding journey where I get to witness firsthand how learning can transform lives. And trust me, it's also a lot of fun!
