Good day.
My name is Raymond and I am a 52-year-old man living in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I have over 30 years’ experience in the corporate retail environment where I worked for a major international company. I started as a junior sales executive and worked my way up to senior management.
This has provided me with a wealth of experience in business as well as the numerous forms of communication that are required to be successful in the modern world.
This includes sales presentations, public speaking, networking conversation skills as well as writing skills. During my career I coached and mentored hundreds of individuals in the art of effective communication and firmly believe these skills will be of great benefit to you.
I believe we are all different and, therefore, require an individually customised approach to learning a new skill. For example, some people may require a structured lesson while others respond better to an informal, conversational type lesson. I consider it a privilege to be able to share this knowledge and experience with others and look forward to assisting you in your learning journey.
