Nice to Meet You! I'm Hama – Ex Police Officer, Now Full-Time Japanese Teacher

With over 2,400 hours of teaching and administration for international students experience at universities, vocational schools, and Japanese language schools. 

 I studied misuse analysis in graduate school.

　I currently work as a full-time instructor at Japanese language school. I've taught all levels, from beginner to advanced, and specialize in practical lessons like speech, discussion, and JLPT preparation.

　From life advice based on my experience as a former police officer to fun Japanese lessons for anime and oshi-katsu — I’ve got it all covered!

In graduate school, I conducted research on grammar error analysis, focusing on commonly confused or misused structures. I now use this expertise to help students truly understand and apply grammar.

I hold Eiken Pre-1st Grade, TOEIC 805, and Indonesian Language Proficiency (Level D) certifications. I’ve taught students from Asia, Europe, and other regions, and I can provide support in English or Indonesian when needed. My classes are culturally sensitive and inclusive for all learners.
