Sparrow 讲师的个人介绍
My name is Sparrow, and I hold a Master’s in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. I have over three years of teaching experience, including online and in-person instruction for learners of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, especially German students learning English.
I’m passionate about teaching because language is a powerful tool for connection, empowerment, and opportunity. I aim to help students build confidence and fluency in English by making learning engaging, personalized, and practical. I love seeing learners grow in language skills and their ability to express themselves, think critically, and connect across cultures.
In addition to my academic background, I’ve completed professional development courses in Business English and Cross-Cultural Communication from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I also have experience in curriculum development, discourse analysis, and communication coaching, which enriches my teaching approach.
I am friendly, patient, and adaptable to different learning styles. Whether the student wants to improve conversational English, academic writing, or business communication, I aim to support them with clarity, motivation, and practical strategies.
