I am from Seoul and speak standard Korean with accurate pronunciation. Having graduated from a university in Seoul, I am committed to helping you master the most elegant and refined form of the Korean language.
I taught myself Japanese and earned N1 in the JLPT. Because I have personally experienced the challenges of learning another language from scratch, I understand better than anyone else where learners tend to struggle and what causes them anxiety, allowing me to provide the support you need.

I believe that language learning begins not by just memorizing vocabulary and grammar, but by understanding the culture of that country. Therefore, in my lessons, I go beyond textbook expressions to clearly explain the real-life vocabulary Korean speakers actually use in daily life, as well as the latest slang and social media trends.
I highly recommend my lessons to learners who want to improve their conversation skills in a relaxed atmosphere, as if they were having a fun chat with a friend, rather than in a stiff, “studying” environment.
