Hiii, I’m Kayla!

I’m an English language tutor and movement coach, and I’m an active language learner from Miami, FL.

As a native English speaker growing up in an international city like Miami, I learned the value of learning multiple languages — especially English as a tool to help you advance in life. Living in Miami, I doubled down on my language learning and picked up Spanish. After graduating university, I moved to Brazil to immerse myself in Portuguese.

Outside the classroom, I love the beach, watching sci-fi films and series, going to museums

, and learning new languages — I currently speak three! I bring that same curiosity and love of learning into every lesson I teach.

I also have a deep passion for movement. With a dance background, I know firsthand how feeling connected to your body can reduce stress, improve focus, and boost overall wellbeing — and I love helping others experience that too
