Hello and welcome. My name is Esong, and I am a certified English tutor with a "Neutral North American Accent", healthcare professional, and educator currently based in California, United States.

With over eight years of teaching experience in both in-person and online settings, I have worked with learners from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups, from young children to working professionals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have also served as a nursing instructor, which has strengthened my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and guide students with patience and precision. In addition to my teaching background, I bring experience in research and business intelligence, allowing me to approach learning in a structured, analytical, and results-oriented way.

My teaching philosophy is centered on personalization. I understand that every learner has different goals, challenges, and learning styles, so I do not rely on a one-size-fits-all approach. Having taught students from different parts of the world, I bring strong cross-cultural communication skills to every lesson. I am bilingual in English and French, which can be especially helpful for learners transitioning between these languages. My background in healthcare and education has also developed my ability to remain patient, attentive, and supportive, even when working through difficult learning challenges.
