Hotaka 講師的自我介紹

Hi, guys! I'm  Hotaka. I'm from Iwate (northern Japan).
I graduated from Tohoku Gakuin University with B.A majoring in linguistics, and education as sub-major. I am a certified English teacher for Junior and high school in Japan.
 
After I graduated from University, I started working in Italy and later I moved to Jakarta, Indonesia to work for a newspaper company as marketing staff. After then, I also worked as an English teacher in a language school in Sendai, Japan. I came back to Italy in 2016 and since then I've lived here.

I still work as an online English tutor for Japanese people but since I came back to Italy, I've met many people who have interests in Japan and its culture and I felt I wanted to share my knowledge and start teaching Japanese as well. That's why I completed 420 hours training course to become a Japanese teacher. Now I teach English to Japanese people and Japanese to other countries' people.

As a native Japanese, I always try to create a lesson that you feel like you had a brief glimpse of real Japan after the lesson. Also, I speak English and Italian so if you are interested in studying Japanese but a bit worried. Don't worry just book the trial lesson! I can explain it in either English or Italian.
 
In my free time, I like to read, cook, study languages, travel and watching American TV series.
