Carlos is a fantastic tutor. He is incredibly kind, patient, fun and easy to talk. I love that he always corrects my pronunciation immediately, which is so important to me. He uses various types of study material to ensure our classes are always different and interesting. Sometimes he even gives me homework, which I truly appreciate, because it ensures that I do something before the next class. It's so easy to talk to Mika-san, and she's genuinely interested in what you have to say - I feel she's an empathetic teacher who easily figures out what I want to say and readily helps and explains. Great at simple explanations in Japanese, and knows how to keep the conversation going. Love it!
