He always provides wonderful cooking lessons. His experience working in restaurants adds so much value to every lesson, and I feel very fortunate to learn not only the recipes but also the knowledge and insights he has gained throughout his career. I am always impressed by his unique ideas and creativity. He brings fresh and original perspectives to each lesson, which makes the experience both educational and inspiring. At first, I didn't know much about Ramadan. However, through a series of her lessons, I gained a much deeper understanding of the unique characteristics of Ramadan in Egypt, as well as Egypt's role and contributions during this important period. The lessons were both insightful and fascinating. It is a class I would happily take again every year during Ramadan.

Ron teaches with great enthusiasm and often uses practical examples to explain concepts clearly, making the lessons engaging and easy to follow.
