I have been taking lessons with Koyuki Sensei since October 2023, and throughout that time I have been consistently impressed with the quality of her teaching. When I started, I had almost no knowledge of Japanese. Since then, we have worked through the Genki 1 and Genki 2 textbooks together, and we are now about to begin Quartet. What I appreciate most about Koyuki Sensei's teaching style is the balance she strikes between patience, encouragement, and challenge. Her lessons are always enjoyable and engaging, but she also knows how to push me in the right way so that I continue to improve and stay motivated. She is highly adaptable and is always able to tailor her approach to my individual needs as a learner. I genuinely look forward to every lesson and feel motivated to study between sessions, often thinking ahead to what we will cover next. レッスン内で、たくさんスピーキングもリスニングもでき、質問にもすぐに的確に答えてもらえ、宿題の添削もアドバイス満載です。いつも楽しく学びの多い時間となっています。

時間割の都合上、頻繁に受講することはできませんが、毎回のレッスンで多くの語彙を学ぶことができます。不定期でも親身に向き合ってくれる先生に感謝です。

旅行、仕事、趣味、スポーツ等幅広い話題でFree talkが出来、毎回楽しく話しが出来るのが良いです。

I've have been having lessons since 2021, I've loved every lesson. Sakura Mochi Sensei doesn't just go through a textbook she goes through her own worksheets which is fantastic as often textbooks are lacking. I really love when she's shown differences with a similar grammar points. Sakura Sensei is fantastic for conversation practise, from having no confidence at all I got out of my fear and feel comfortable speaking. I deeply thank Sakura Mochi Sensei for everything she's done.

先生はすごく優しくて、レッスン楽しかったです。復習にも注力して、前回勉強したものをちゃんとおさらいすることができる。授業の時にも発音を直して、良い例を教えたりしてます。また、フィードバックもすごく見やすくて、いつも助かります。
