生徒をよく見て、適切なプランを立て、見通しを与えるところが、素晴らしい。生徒をよく見ることができるのは、人間性だと思う。相手に対してリスペクトが充分あり、それをいつも感じさせることができている。適切なプランについては完璧で、常に自己研修してアップデートを欠かさない。見通しについては、目の前の課題を解決できるように支えてくれるし、遠い見通しも与えてくれるので、飽きることなく続けていくことができる。
