我于1985年出生在德国，是日本及阿富汗的溷血儿。2007年开始在日本以模特的身分出道，到今年模特经历已超过14年了！ 同时我也积极参与国际慈善机构，约持续了两年左右。在联合国和平高峰会谈中内观静坐老师－葛印卡说到「唯有每个人都心存和平，世界和平才会实现。」让我深受感铭，对瑜珈的观念一百八十度大改变。 2017年我为了深度学习瑜珈而隻身前往印度。在有瑜珈圣地之称的北印度、瑞诗凯诗的Patanjali International Yoga Foundation取得哈达瑜珈讲师资格证照。 （我在右下角） 回国后我除了在东京都的瑜珈教室开课以外，也曾在公司
