大家好！我是拥有3年瑜珈指导经验的讲师EMIANA。谢谢你浏览我的个人页面。  我自己本身透过瑜珈得到了许多，希望能藉由分享这些启發，帮助大家每天都能变得更漂亮，活得更精彩。一起透过瑜珈来让身心合一吧！以下是我的个人简历。   ＜经历＞  我于1985年出生在德国，是日本及阿富汗的溷血儿。2007年开始在日本以模特的身分出道，到今年模特经历已超过14年了！同时我也积极参与国际慈善机构，约持续了两年左右。在联合国和平高峰会谈中内观静坐老师－葛印卡说到「唯有每个人都心存和平，世界和平才会实现。」让我深受感铭，对瑜珈的观念一百八十度大改变。 2017年我为了深度学习瑜珈而隻身前往印度。在有瑜珈圣地之称的北印度、瑞诗凯诗的Patanjali International Yoga Foundation取得哈达瑜珈讲师资格证照。（我在右下角）　　回国后我除了在东京都的瑜珈教室开课以外，也曾在公司

大家好。透过轻抚自己的身体来抚慰身心，我是传授「天使碰触法」的akko.T。所谓的「天使碰触法」是以佐藤式淋巴痠痛疗法为基础变化而来的。佐藤式淋巴痠痛疗法是藉由轻柔触碰、抚摸及调整呼吸来放鬆肌肉、调节口腔、胸腔、腹腔的疗法。日以继夜的办公室作业及家事、压力等让你的身体僵硬，处于紧张状态，导致上述的3个腔扁平，就如同被压扁的宝特瓶一样。身体的中心线歪斜后，就无法笔直站立，需要比旁人多费一份力气，这也会让身体开始感到疼痛，间接导致情绪不安定......（被压扁的宝特瓶，从前方看去呈现左右横幅增加，上下高度减少的圆球状。就好像下体圆润，身高矮小，只有腰围变粗的体型。）佐藤式淋巴痠痛疗法就是以将压扁的宝特瓶修復回原先漂亮形状为雏形的疗法。用微弱的力道舒缓肌肉，将3个腔调整成漂亮的筒状，如此一来腔内的海绵组织（筋膜）就会膨胀，其中的淋巴液的循环也会变好。淋巴按摩是用手去按摩，让淋巴管内的淋巴（人
