自我介紹 我在 IT 企業從事電腦開發相關工作 40 年，包括程式設計師、系統工程師、產品經理及業務。因為工作的關係我學了中文，已經持續了 10 年左右。結束 IT 的工作後，我開始思考自己是否能幫助他人，於是我想到能活用過去的 IT 經驗、英語、中文學習經驗及考證照經驗，教授外籍人士日語。這些前因後果讓我開始當日語講師，到現在已經 2 年了。 講師經驗 辭掉 IT 的工作後我參加大學的日語教育講座半年，結束後又上了函授課程，學習日語教學法，同時擔任志工教授外籍人士日語。當時的上課方式是實體一對一課程。我會配合每位學員的程度及目標建構課程內容。我教過中國、泰國、越南、柬埔寨等國的人日語。還開授線上課程教授住在日本的中國籍主婦、住在上海的兒童日語。學員程度包含初學者~目標考過 JLPT N1 的學員，十分多樣。大家都很勤學，令我很敬佩。 上課方式 我想把課程的重點放在個人的程度及最終目標，特
