＜經歷＞
我於1985年出生在德國，是日本及阿富汗的混血兒。2007年開始在日本以模特兒的身分出道，到今年模特兒經歷已超過14年了！ 同時我也積極參與國際慈善機構，約持續了兩年左右。在聯合國和平高峰會談中內觀靜坐老師－葛印卡說到「唯有每個人都心存和平，世界和平才會實現。」讓我深受感銘，對瑜珈的觀念一百八十度大改變。 2017年我為了深度學習瑜珈而隻身前往印度。在有瑜
