Hello! I’m Kogiku.♡
Now I live in Germany, but before I was a hot yoga (hatha yoga) and aroma yoga instructor. I've also worked as a baton twirling teacher, and my hobbies are jazz dance and hip-hop. I love dance and spent everyday doing it on the side while working as an office worker for 8 and a half years.
Amidst this busy lifestyle, a dancer acquaintance of mine recommended yoga to me, and it became an indispensable part of my life.
Rather than "gathering in," I realized the importance of “throwing out,” and rid myself of many unnecessary possessions, and thereafter quite my job as an office worker and devoted my whole life to yoga, baton and dance.

～About my yoga lessons～
In my lessons, there is not too much emphasis on form, and instead I sometimes add elements of muscle training and stretching in order to give more personalized movements for everyone.
In dance, I stress the importance of individual expression, the same as in yoga. On Skype, let's enjoy doing "your very own yoga" together.♪

I freely give lessons to anyone who is interested.
We begin by first enjoying the music, then do the basic moves of hip-hop to the extent you are able. The lessons are tailored to your individuality.

～About my cancellation policy～
You can cancel anytime before the lesson in confirmed.
About cancellations after the lesson has been confirmed
・More than 24 hours before lesson start time → no cancellation fee is incurred.
・More than 24 hours before lesson start time → Half of the lesson fee is collected.
・Lesson no-show (in the case of no prior communication) → The entire lesson fee is collected.
※For rescheduling requests, more than 24 hours before lesson start time: there is of course no fee. For cancellation requests, please carefully read the above.
