Hello my future student! My name`s Olga. All my professional life I have been teaching foreign languages: English and Japanese. Languages and Pedagogy are my passion. 

Education:
2003 – graduation with distinction from H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.Obtained qualification of “Pedagogy and Methodology of Secondary Education. Teacher of the English and Japanese language and literature”. School of Foreign Philology. 
2007 – graduation from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Master`s Diploma with honours. Obtained qualification of “Philologist, Lecturer of the English language and literature. School of Foreign Languages. 
 
Thesis Defended:  

2018 - PhD thesis in Pedagogical Studies (Theory and Methods of Vocational Training) 

Professional Career:

2012 – present – Associate professor at the Department of English Language (V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University);
2006 – present Japanese language lecturer at Language Center (V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University). 

I have vast experience of teaching languages to different age groups. I have been teaching individual lessons to school children for 17 years. I also have experience of teaching Professional English at the university to students majoring in Computing and Mathematics. I consider myself to be a versatile teacher. My students are of different age - from 7 to 55 years old. 

I have been to Japan three times - in 2012, 2019 and 2023, when I received grants from Japan Foundation. In 2014 I successfully passed JLPT test (level N2). So don`t hesitate to use Japanese during the lesson. Ifyou have any questions I can understand and help you with English or Russian Translation.
