About me: 

Hello! My name is Mika. I am from Japan. 
I am a qualified Japanese teacher who has about 7 years experience of teaching Japanese in Japan, Australia, and USA.  I also worked at International preschool as a school manager for 5 years in Japan. I am so happy to have amazing students from 3years olds to 80 years olds all over the world ! :)


I am kind of person who is laid back and very friendly!  I love traveling and meeting new people to exchange different perspective of view and thier cultures! 


My Lesson:
People learn Japanese for many different reasons. 
I would like to help you to make your dreams come true! 

I teach Japanese in Japanese.
If your Japanese is above Intermediate level, I will only speak in Japanese :)  The best way to learn Japanese is learn in Japanese and think in Japanese! But I can explain in English to gain your deep understanding if you wish.  
 
As I am also an English learner, I understand how it is like to learn different languages. 
So relax and please don't hesitate to make mistakes. (Because I make mistakes too!!)
You can experiment what you've learnt with me so that you can speak Japanese with confidence in your real life.

You can choose to study with or without text books. 
However grammars and vocabularies I teach for begginer lessons are based on Minna no Nihongo Textbooks. If you have one you are welcome to use.
