I'd like to offer everyone "injury-free yoga".
Thoughs such as, "My joints are bad and personally, I don't have the disposition to practice yoga" "Yoga is not for me!" may have crossed your mind but I have come to understand that yoga is for all people's body and mind. So now, in order to give everyone exactly the kind of class that they want and can take without anxiety, I continue my studies in physiotherapy so that each body gets proper attention to its own characteristic movements.
For those of you thinking to start yoga or those of you who like yoga and are looking for the right way to move their body! Let's practice together♪( ´▽｀)

- 2010: Begin to do yoga
- 2018: Complete Esthetics basics course: lymphatic drainage
- 2018: Complete aromatherpay exam, level 1
- 2019: 1 month training at Indian holy site, Rishikesh
- 2019: Complete 200 hours training for American Yoga Alliance
- 2019: Complete 24 hours of teacher Jodi Boon's chair yoga (towards 500 hours of RYT)
- 2019: Complete 15 hour Essence and Implementation of yoga course (towards 500 hours of RYT)
- 2020: Complete 120 hour Thai traditional massage course, Chang Mai, Thailand
- 2020: Complete muscle membrane therapy course in Chang Mai
