Hello. I'm Seiko, who plays violin in Germany! After graduating from music college in Japan, I moved to Germany and got my master’s. My time spent in Germany has been 6 years so far and I've also obtained German language certifications. I play chamber and solo music as a professional in Germany mainly focused on orchestras.
On Cafetalk I teach violin, German and Japanese.

The lesson objectives are as follows.
Violin（viola）：General lessons are of course offered, and if there is something you can't play then together we'll work on it as one phrase per lesson, until you can play it!
I give personalized advice, or advice regarding the most effective way to practice a particular piece of music. Concerning violin playing method, it differs due to everyone's body, hand size and ability to grasp music. I help find the best playing method for each student.
Furthermore, as you play violin day by day, many little questions will probably pop up regarding things like "why is this done this way?" Depending on whether you ignore the questions or seek to have them solved, a noticeable difference in your focus and playing will become apparent. To that end I'll help you to crush your doubts with a theoretical approach. Personally, before I came to Germany I didn't have a particularly special playing method, and in practice I juts kind of wasted time. But after coming here, and while learning very theoretical things I came to realize what exactly practice meant and as a result my performance level increased remarkably. It is specifically because of this kind of mistake that I can offer you these lessons.

German：Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate level student, let's learn the living German used in the real world! Or, if you are aiming for music study at a German college, I offer lessons featuring a mix of the German used in classes as well as explanations of the situations you are bound to expereicne while living here!
Chaotic grammar, difficult pronunciation and loooong words. Do you feel like there are many obstacles in German? Don't worry! I, who am not particularly good at languages, use my experience to give you practical instruction.
