Hi my name is Bradley! ブラッドリーです!
I live and work in Fargo, ND USA in the IT field, but have had a life of adventure in the US and Japan. I graduated from Concordia College in Moohead, MN and worked in the US until 1996 when I moved to Toyama, Japan. That's when my worldly adventures really began!

I worked at an eikaiwa in Toyama city, but then moved Shizuoka prefecture after a couple years where I lived and worked in Numazu and then Mishima. I was working for a company called F.I.A. teaching in business and conversational English programs including a tailored Intensive program, and a conversational OJT program. My company placed me in a large Japanese company and my students were mostly their company employees trying to maintain their English (OJT) or preparing to live and work overseas (Intensive) and needed English for their job.

While I was living in Japan, I studied Japanese language, Kendo, and Iaido (Japanese swordsmanship). I opened a dojo when I returned to the US in 2007. Yes 11 years in Japan! What a great experience!

I also had a small bridal and freelance photography business both in Japan and the US where I took many wedding and portrait photos. I even did some PR work for a band!

Now I work in IT, but use Japanese almost daily with my family (my wife is Japanese) at home.

I have extensive experience as a trainer in language, martial arts, and systems-related topics. At FIA we had to design custom language programs for every student depending on their needs and goals, and I'll work with you to do the same!
