I currently reside inHokkaido.
It snows so much that it’s sometimes tough....

It’s a nice place with many delicious cuisines.

I have worked

as an office worker for an office furniture manufacturer for 2 years,

as a secretary for a professor at a science-related university for 3 years,

and as a customer service worker at a post office for 12 years.

When I was working at the post office,
I also trained new employees in business etiquette and honorifics.

I can also correct entry sheets and provide mock interviews
to prepare for job-hunting activities if you would like.

I enjoy drawing,
eating rare foods, and visiting beautiful places overseas.
I have been to the United States, England, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.

I have been teaching Japanese
to international students and technical interns as a volunteer for 2 years now.

有趣非常热情和蔼可亲

先生、無事に面接が終わりました。ビビったら甲斐がないくらい穏やかな雰囲気の中で会話形式で行われました。答えも私なりにはうまくできたと思います。面接が優しかったとはいえ、ひなこ先生とのレッスンがなかったら難しくなったんだろうと思います。結果は7月中旬からだと見込んでいるので、もし通したらまたリクエストしますね。本当にありがとうございました^^！

I have been taking lessons with Hinako for over a year now and have learnt a lot from her. She is always great fun and full of enthusiasm for teaching. Hinako is always patience but encouraging and will help anyway possible to explain a grammar point or a usage of a word. Hinako is very able to give students confidence as she is easy to talk to and will give feedback without interrupting the flow of conversation. I've been taking Hinako's lessons for about a year now, and she is always happy, very professional and a pleasure to talk to. I really feel that my Japanese has improved with her help, she doesn't interrupt when you are trying to speak, but lets you figure out in your own time how to structure what you want to say. Then will correct accordingly, with a correction appropriate for my level. She use's Kanji at first, however, if I can not read that she will then also write the correction in Hiragana. I normally study grammar with Hinako, but there is always plenty of free talk making it a really fun and all round lesson for studying Japanese.

Hinako, is always happy to teach with a smile on her face. She is very easy to learn from and I really appreciate her style on teaching grammar in a very uncomplicated way. Hinako is always encouraging me to use as much Japanese as I can and to keep talking, but giving me enough time to think of alternative words if I'm unable to think of the exact word I need. I think this style allows for my confidence to grow and not worry about being correct but using Japanese as a tool to get my meaning across!
