I'm mitsuka and I'm a yoga instructor ^ - ^
I'm from Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture and now I also live in Yokohama City.
Other than working as a yoga instructor, I'm also a secretary.
I understand the shoulder pain and the back pain you get from doing administrative work. (LOL)

8 years of experience in yoga. After getting the license as a yoga instructor, I was in charge of running yoga classes on a regular basis at hot yoga studios and fitness gyms.
