My name is Masa, and I’m a real estate transaction agent and a real estate consultant.

I have been involved in the real estate business for about 20 years, and have provided consulting services to about 1,100 clients in relation to home sales, rentals, and real estate investment.
I have experience as one of the top salesperson in Japan amongst approximately 400 members in the real estate agency network.

I am a businessperson who has devoted myself to the real estate business.
I have met many consultants and have been involved in solving various real estate problems.


■My Goal for Cafetalk ■
I am a sales manager in my main job.
However, at Cafetalk, I would like to solve your problems from a consultant’s point of view, instead of a sales person’s point of view.
In the real estate industry, almost 100% of salespersons have a quota.
The reality is that even the best salespersons are sometimes forced to recommend real estate that is not truly suitable for the client due to the pressure of this quota.
I have always wanted to be helpful by providing professional advice from the perspective of a consultant, rather than the “salesperson vs. customer” model, and I knew that Cafetalk was the place where I could achieve this goal.

My main job is as an office worker, but I practice real estate investment as a side job.
I am what is commonly referred to as a “businessperson-landlord.”

I started investing in real estate at the age of 24 with only 100,000 yen in personal funds.
Currently, I have incorporated and am able to side FIRE with cash flow, but I have continued my main job because I love real estate business and find it interesting.

The pension 20 million-yen problem, population decline, declining birthrate, aging population...
Most recently, the weak Yen and global inflation have had a major impact on Japan.
I believe that there is a plethora of issues that may arise in the Japanese economy in the future.

We live in an age where we must prepare our own retirement plans.
Whether you want to build assets for retirement, start investing as a side job, or become a FIRE / side FIRE investor, I will provide lessons on real estate investment know-hows that you can do at the same time as your main job!


However, I believe that there are people who are suitable and people who are less suitable for real estate investment as well.
Although I am a real estate expert, there are other investment methods other than real estate that I am working on for my own asset management.
I will provide you with  the advantages and disadvantages of real estate investment as they are, comparing them with other investment methods.
