I have learned the importance of communication through my career as a telephone operator and caregiver.
 
Especially as a telephone operator, I have always done my best to listen with my whole heart, trying to understand the other person’s feelings

through the tone of their voice, their phase, the strength of their voice, and from repeated conversations, as I cannot see their face.

In my career as a caregiver, there were many people who were physically healthy, but were lonely at heart, and it was difficult for me to choose the right words when communicating with them.

I believe that people lose their sense of self when they are tired both physically and mentally.
 

However, I myself have always been supported by someone’s kind words throughout my life.
Therefore,
someone’s encouraging words may help you to get back on your feet, or even crawl up a little bit from the lowest periods of your life someday.
