Hello! I’m Anu, an English tutor with over 6 years of experience teaching English to learners from different backgrounds and levels.

I have a Master’s degree in English Literature with Linguistics as a minor, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and I’m TEFL certified. I’ve also qualified the UGC-NET in English Literature.

My teaching style is relaxed, practical, and student-centered. I believe that learning English should be useful and enjoyable, not just about memorizing grammar rules. In my lessons, I encourage students to speak as much as possible and help them become more confident in using English naturally.

I can help you with:
• Conversational English and speaking confidence
• Grammar and vocabulary
• Pronunciation
• Business and everyday English
• English for travel
• Exam preparation, including IELTS and TOEIC
• General English for learners of different levels

I also enjoy learning languages myself, so I understand that making mistakes and feeling nervous when speaking a foreign language are completely normal parts of the learning process.

Outside teaching, I enjoy running, playing chess, and playing musical instruments such as piano, guitar, and harmonica. I also enjoy travelling and meeting people from different cultures.
