Glossary:
Get rid of - to throw away, discharge or destroy
Verbal tic - meaningless sounds or words that people add to their speech (however, though generally meaningless, there are linguistic functions for them!)

Hi Dani, I can use the expression; "verbal tic", when I take a role as "Ah-counter" and explain what I will do as the role holder in Toastmasters! It's good to know the variety of expression. See you soon!
