Do you know about the 12 Days of Christmas? Did you know Hannuka, the Jewish winter holiday, also lasts several days? And Kwanzaa is a week long?
Many winter holidays and festivals are more than one day, particularly religious or cultural ones. Most Westerners only celebrate one day, Christmas, because technically it is a birthday. And a birthday is just one day.
