I hope that you all are doing well :)
Take a few minutes before the day begins, and ask yourself:
-What do I want to accomplish today?
-What can I do to accomplish what I want?
If you start your day with a positive attitude, even though there aren´t perfect days, you'll find yourself more prepare to face multiple tasks, and to make decisions.
On a personal note, I always take a moment for me before my day begins, it makes a difference to my day, and to the people around me.
Try to do it everyday or as much as you can❤️
