This lyrics of  Olivia Newton- John's song Let Me Be There convey a very meaningful message of genuine care and promise to someone. This song has been in my head since I heard it a year ago and now it has become one of my favorites. So whenever I feel like singing, this is always my number one pick.

 

Thinking that someone is willing to catch you and save you when you're feeling down is very reassuring. That must be the reason why this song was so popular back then not to mention its lively and uplifting tune.

Even the chorus of this song is very catchy. It is as if a father, or a lover or even a friend is there ready to fix things up anytime we make mistakes or mess up. This song tells us that we can count on someone to save the day and that person is just requesting us one thing -  'All I ask you is let me be there.'
