Daydreaming...

I hope you're doing well :)

When I daydream, I love going for a walk, going for coffee, hearing the ocean or lake, reading interior design magazines, or a book, but mostly, I love drawing flowers and hearts

This help me to relax and to let things flow, and at the same time, to focus on what most important for me is, and to feel how I am feeling.

So at any given moment, if you can, even 5 minutes will do, try to do something that helps you to reconnect with your heart and with what you dream and want for your life, it'll help you and the ones you love

Cuando sueño despierta, me encanta salir a caminar, ir a tomar un café, escuchar el océano o el lago, leer revistas de diseño de interiores o un libro, pero sobre todo, me encanta dibujar flores y corazones.

Esto me ayuda a relajarme y dejar que las cosas fluyan y, al mismo tiempo, a concentrarme en lo que es más importante para mí y sentir cómo me siento.

Entonces, si puedes, aunque sean 5 minutos, trata de hacer algo que te ayude a reconectarte con tu corazón y con lo que sueñas y quieres para tu vida, te ayudará a ti y a las personas que te rodean.
