In these sessions we'll discuss a book or film you have enjoyed recently. This doesn't have to be a good book - it can even be just a blog post, a tv show, a videogame, or a song. Anything you feel you can talk about!

Before the session you might want to pick the book or film to discuss and prepare a few things you'd like to say about it (for instance, you might want to describe the story, say if it was funny or sad, if you enjoyed it or not, say who the actors in the film were, or who the author of the book was).
First, I'll give you a chance to describe the book or film you have chosen, and tell me what you thought of it.
Then I'll ask you some questions about it (don't worry, I wont be quizzing you! Mostly I'll want to know more about how you felt about it), and we can discuss together.
After that I'll tell you about a book or film I've enjoyed recently, giving you a chance to practice listening, and then it's your turn to ask the questions! You can repeat the questions I asked before, or ask your own questions.
Any time you want me to repeat or write what I'm saying in the chat, I will do that. Any language questions you have can be asked at any point.
As we're talking I'll make notes of any errors, and provide feedback at the end of the session.
I'm a native British English speaker with ten years' teaching experience, but I can also slow down my speech to make it easier for you to understand.
