The thing I love most about spring is seeing the spring flowers start to bloom. I especially love daffodils, which are the yellow flowers shown in the picture, as they are so bright and cheerful. Daffodils are some of the most common spring flowers in the UK. Although there are already many spring flowers blooming where I live in Edinburgh, the temperature is still very cold. Today it was around 6 degrees! So we still need to wear warm jumpers and winter coats. It will probably be cold for a long time yet, at least until June!
