Question for Teachers and Students

Hi Everyone,

Teachers:

I would like to know, Is it just me or is it extremely hard to get students to take your lessons?

I've been using this platform for less than a year but hadn't had any success so far. I've been recommended for Cafetalk Day tomorrow but I have not gotten one single booking. Someone please help me understand. I've tried to perfect my profile page (I plan to do a better intro vid). I've contributed to the tutor column. Had counseling sessions, etc but to no avail. What am I doing wrong here? 

Students:

What type of lessons interest you? In your opinion, what are suitable price ranges? How do you choose the teacher that fits your learning style? 

I would be grateful to anyone who will respond and shine some light on this situation for me. Thanks in advance!
