A great way to improve your English listening skills is to listen to podcasts.
The BBC has a podcast specially for lower-level learners, called "Real Easy English".
In each 5-minute episode, two native English speakers discuss a different topic.
They speak slowly and clearly, and they introduce new vocabulary in a gentle way. The English is smooth and natural.
I also recommend it if you want to listen to British English pronunciation.
