Welcome to the Autumn

Jenni Wain

Now that the heat of summer is gradually diminishing we can look forward to cooler nights and (maybe!) some refreshing rain. It's also "back to school" season so teachers are getting ready to teach longer hours, see regular students again and find out about how they spent the summer and  meet new students. Living in the South of Spain I won't have to deal with really cold weather until December or January and the sun will still shine most days (we get 300 days of sunshine a year) but I will miss the wonderful autumn colours that I used to enjoy when I lived  in the USA and Japan. What do you enjoy most about this time of year?
